What you will do

• Process and verify accounts payable invoices and electronic payments.
• Retrieve and record deposit, wire, and ACH information from multiple bank accounts.
• Enter cash receipts into Microsoft Access and upload templates to JD Edwards.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets to track management fees and payment records.
• Collaborate with the corporate accounting team to research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Scan and save electronic payment backups to the shared drive.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• 3+ years of accounts receivable/accounts payable experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
• Associate degree in Accounting preferred

Nice to have

• Experience with MRI, Yardi, or JD Edwards software
