What you will do

• Design and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure, including networking, IaC, and containerization.
• Own code deployment pipelines and automation processes.
• Define monitoring standards (logging, metrics, alerting) and lead incident response and management.
• Architect and maintain data pipelines and warehouses for internal analytics and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to compliance programs such as SOC 2 and PCI through audit logging and access controls.
• Manage a team of 4-6 engineers, handling hiring, performance reviews, and career development.

Requirements

• Experience as both a hands-on engineer and a people manager.
• Production-scale DevOps or platform engineering experience with CI/CD and cloud services.
• Proven track record of owning reliability in production, including on-call and SLO management.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing engineers.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with network engineering and DNS administration.
• Previous professional engagement in regulated industries.
