What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for AI-augmented developer platforms, including tooling, CI/CD, and service infrastructure.
• Drive company-wide change management to standardize engineering build and deployment processes.
• Lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and managers.
• Architect infrastructure to embed AI coding assistants and agentic workflows into daily developer routines.
• Optimize local developer environments and inner-loop feedback cycles for multi-service architectures.
• Represent the platform organization in executive-level discussions to align technical investments with business strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure, with 5+ years in a Director-level leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling AI-assisted development tools across organizations with 300+ engineers.
• Extensive technical depth in modern DevOps, specifically Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience leading organizational change and platform migrations in a distributed engineering environment.
• Sophisticated understanding of coding assistant technologies (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and their deployment in regulated environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience building internal custom AI tooling, fine-tuning models, or RAG pipelines.
