What you will do

• Review solicitations (RFP/RFQ/RFI) to identify compliance, certification, and eligibility requirements before proposal kickoff.
• Monitor and advise on applicable federal regulations (FAR/DFARS), socioeconomic certifications, and agency-specific clauses.
• Maintain records supporting compliance representations and registrations in government systems.
• Support post-award contract compliance as the government and commercial contract base expands.
• Organize company-wide training to ensure alignment with compliance obligations and company standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in proposal compliance, contracts administration, or government contracts compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) and solicitation structure (Sections L/M).
• Experience building compliance matrices and implementing internal controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in Torrance, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with SBA programs or socioeconomic set-asides.
• Background in defense, aerospace, or maritime contracting.
• Paralegal or legal background.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov, eBuy, or GSA schedules.
