What you will do

• Lead direct negotiations with enterprise-level end-users, partners, and resellers to secure favorable business and legal terms.
• Draft and customize complex agreements including SaaS Cloud Agreements, SLAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Advise Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Security teams on contract structures and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) and government standards (FAR).
• Manage the contract lifecycle via CLM systems and Salesforce, ensuring accurate filing and tagging.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and optimize legal operations and regional workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior individual contributor role managing high-stakes commercial software and SaaS transactions.
• Strong business acumen and advanced negotiation prowess.
• Ability to evaluate third-party templates and propose creative risk-mitigation language.
• Knowledge of data privacy requirements and revenue recognition governance.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas, USA.
