Salary: $216,000 – $283,500

What you will do

• Lead in-year operations execution including quota setup, proration, and exception handling.
• Govern Pigment models, ensuring data integrity, logic accuracy, and version control.
• Partner with Field Operations to deliver quota and attainment data while serving as the primary operational contact.
• Design and deliver enablement on planning policies and processes for cross-functional partners.
• Drive coordination with HR, Finance, and Enterprise Technology to ensure alignment on planning inputs.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of operational discipline and ownership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, GTM planning, or Revenue Operations.
• Deep understanding of quota methodology, attainment calculation, and compensation plan operationalization.
• Proficiency in Pigment or comparable planning tools like Anaplan.
• Strong command of Salesforce and BI reporting tools such as Sigma or Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across HR, Finance, and IT.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
