Salary: $111,200.00 - $198,650.00 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute segment growth and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies in partnership with Divisional GMs and Sales Leaders.
- Lead annual and in-year sales planning, including capacity modeling, territory design, and quota setting.
- Manage the business operating cadence, including forecasting and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Analyze pipeline health and performance drivers to identify risks and opportunities for bookings targets.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of technology, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to simplify sales workflows.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Consulting.
- Proven experience partnering with senior sales leaders and executives to drive business transformation.
- Strong expertise in sales planning, territory management, and GTM strategy.
- Exceptional analytical and financial skills to translate data into business action.
- Experience building and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
- Must be able to participate in onsite interviews.
