What you will do

  • Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance measurement across international regions.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to optimize territory coverage and increase sales productivity.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives including quota setting, capacity modeling, and whitespace analysis.
  • Analyze sales performance trends and customer behavior to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Drive process automation and operational improvements to increase reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategy & Operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and Snowflake.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-ready strategic recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of sales forecasting, territory planning, and go-to-market operations.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills to build credibility with senior leadership.
  • Must be based in the UK to fulfill the role requirements.
