Director of Sales Operations (SaaS): Architecting, scaling, and optimizing the systems, processes, and insights that power the revenue engine with an accent on HubSpot governance, sales forecasting, and compensation design. Location: Remote (US). If based in San Francisco, this will be a hybrid role.
Compensation: $145,000 – $230,000 USD (based on geographical tiering).

What you will do
- Define and own the long-term Sales Operations strategy aligned with revenue growth and marketplace dynamics.
- Manage HubSpot architecture, automation, and workflow optimization as the primary system of record.
- Oversee end-to-end sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue predictability in partnership with Finance and Data.
- Design and govern scalable sales compensation plans, quota setting, and performance incentive systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Ops team.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles, with at least 5 years leading teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM design, sales automation, and reporting.
- Proven success in designing sales compensation plans and revenue forecasting models.
- Strong analytical skills with mastery of spreadsheets and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
