Manager, Sales (SaaS): Leading and scaling a team of sellers to drive new logo revenue within emerging and small enterprise companies with an accent on pipeline management and sales coaching. Focus on building repeatable sales processes, optimizing CRM hygiene, and mentoring account executives to close critical opportunities.

Location: Hybrid (for candidates within 50 miles of an office) or Remote (must be based in the United States)

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 base, $180,000 – $230,000 OTE

What you will do

• Hire and manage a team of highly effective sellers to generate revenue from new customers.
• Meet and exceed goals pertaining to activity, pipeline, and revenue attainment.
• Mentor, coach, and support Account Executives to successfully close critical opportunities.
• Effectively build, manage, and report a healthy pipeline and forecast.
• Build, refine, and implement new practices and processes around sales tooling and CRM hygiene.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years' experience working in high-velocity, high-growth organizations.
• Demonstrated track record of managing repeatable achievement and performance against revenue plans.
• Detailed knowledge of SaaS, solution-oriented, B2B sales cycles, processes, and strategy.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
