TL;DR

Account Executive - SMB (SaaS): Consulting businesses signed up to the platform to convert them to paying customers, managing full sales cycle with warm leads from strategic partners, and influencing product improvements based on client feedback. Focus on building relationships, consultative selling, and collaborating with partners to drive new business.

Hybrid: working from the office 3 days a week at one of our strategic partners' offices in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Salary range: 140K-160K OTE

What you will do

  • Become a product expert and manage full sales cycle, owning quota and pipeline.
  • Consult businesses to convert sign-ups to paying customers and provide top-notch service.
  • Gather client insights to influence product development and share across departments.
  • Work closely with strategic partners, presenting platform as solution for their clients.
  • Build relationships and drive new business through consultative selling.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Account Executive sales experience in SaaS companies
  • Strong record of quota attainment
  • Strong customer relationship skills and ability to interact at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work in-office three days a week
  • Self-learner, independent, with strong time management and CRM experience.
  • Energetic, team player, with communication skills for fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Ability to speak Spanish.
