TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS/Fintech): Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for the Cents product suite with an accent on outbound lead generation and pipeline discipline. Focus on executing high-volume cold outreach, navigating complex price negotiations, and maintaining rigorous Salesforce hygiene.

Location: Remote (NYC candidates preferred)

Salary: Base $75,000 with OTE of $200,000

What you will do

  • Execute the full sales cycle including demos, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
  • Manage diverse lead sources including BDR/SDR-generated, direct bookings, and self-sourced outbound.
  • Perform high-volume outbound activity, targeting 100+ calls per week to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Utilize the T.A.O.M. framework for all calls and set clear go-live expectations.
  • Pitch the complete Cents product suite using bundled pricing as a primary closing lever.
  • Maintain meticulous Salesforce documentation and contribute to the internal Sales Bible of winning tactics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within SaaS.
  • Proven track record as a "hunter" with strong end-to-end sales cycle and cold prospecting skills.
  • Experience with consultative selling, focusing on operator pain points rather than feature lists.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-scaling startup environment and adapt to ambiguity.
  • Must be based in the US (NYC candidates preferred).
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Dialpad, and Gong.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in POS or payments industries.
  • Field or outside sales experience.
