What you will do

• Lead and support the management team in training and coaching staff for best-in-class service.
• Drive operating profit goals and sales while controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and address performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, and labor.
• Partner with Human Resources to develop restaurant leaders and maintain high team engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in high-quality chain or independent restaurants.
• Must be able to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems.
• Strong P&L experience and command of budgeting and cost controls.
