What you will do

• Act as primary Owner Representative to ensure client objectives are met through timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage tenant care plans and serve as the primary point of escalation for tenant concerns.
• Direct the preparation of monthly reports, annual budgets, and tenant operating expense reconciliations.
• Oversee all lease administration activities, rent collection, and accounts receivable status.
• Coordinate construction projects and manage the tenant move-in/move-out processes.
• Supervise and mentor assigned teams, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience with commercial office properties.
• Current authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Real Estate License as required by local regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), AP, and CMMS.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, principles, and budget forecasting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing sensitive and complex information.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Professional designations such as RPA, CPM, or CCIM.
• Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin software.
