What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of data center and commercial projects from award through commissioning and closeout.
• Drive performance by managing schedules, resources, budgets, milestones, and customer commitments.
• Lead day-to-day project operations, including site coordination, customer meetings, and field activities.
• Champion cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, risk mitigation, and change management.
• Support bid development, pipeline tracking, and market engagement efforts to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading projects, operations, supply chain, or commercial business functions.
• Proven experience managing complex projects within data centers, industrial services, construction, or logistics.
• Strong leadership, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, site visits, and commissioning support.
