Project Manager (Clinical Laboratory)

Salary: $76,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Plan, track, and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives to meet business objectives.
• Lead teams in the creation and management of timelines, budgets, resources, and risk registers.
• Consult with project sponsors to define goals, timeframes, and funding procedures.
• Monitor project deliverables and prepare status reports on deviations from the project plan.
• Coach and facilitate teams using process maps, value stream maps, and root cause analyses.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across a matrix organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or High School Diploma with 4 additional years of relevant experience).
• 5+ years of progressive, broad-based project experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading projects or teams.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• PMI Project Management Certification.
• Experience working in human resources.
