Salary: $95,000 - 120,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Develop and nurture referral relationships with healthcare systems, hospitals, and community partners.
• Analyze referral data to identify trends and optimize growth strategies.
• Coordinate with internal intake and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient referral process.
• Execute territory plans and meet KPIs through virtual and in-person meetings.
• Prepare quarterly strategic plans for high-impact accounts to drive growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, business sales, or clinical environments.
• Must be able to travel 50% within the greater Nashville area.
• Proven ability to build referral networks and maintain high clinical credibility.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience calling on complex health systems.
• CRM proficiency.
• Knowledge of Substance Use or Opioid Use Disorders.
• Experience interfacing with criminal justice systems.
