What you will do

• Nurture and grow relationships with assigned client accounts to drive retention and expansion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and provide strategic guidance on digital marketing efforts.
• Analyze complex data to translate insights into actionable strategies for clients.
• Plan and execute client campaigns while leveraging internal engineering resources.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly reports and lead regular status meetings.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for account growth and renewal.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management.
• Experience working in an agency setting handling multiple clients.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful SEO and SEM strategies.
• Strong background in managing B2B and B2C client relationships.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML, and platforms like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, and Google Analytics.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a confident communication style.
