What you will do

• Lead and execute a Total Search SEO strategy across Tools product lines and regions, integrating with paid search and funnel-aligned content.
• Engineer structured content specifically optimized for Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, and AI citations.
• Partner with paid search, ABX, and MarTech teams to align organic strategy with SEM campaigns and intent signals.
• Manage keyword architecture, content briefs, technical SEO audits, and metadata across the web ecosystem.
• Track performance and surface insights using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and enterprise SEO platforms.
• Oversee external SEO agencies and freelance contractors to ensure deliverables align with budget and strategy.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of SEO experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Proven success aligning SEO with performance marketing and demand generation KPIs.
• Strong understanding of structured data, AI search (SGE/Overviews), and semantic search engineering.
• Must be based in Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Reston, VA.

Nice to have

• Specific experience optimizing for AI Overviews and structured content visibility.
• Working knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, HubSpot), SFDC, and lead scoring models.
