What you will do

• Develop comprehensive account plans to align with client strategic goals and ensure ongoing retention.
• Act as the primary agency advocate for clients, ensuring their goals are prioritized in strategic decisions.
• Partner with pod leadership to provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Utilize industry trends and financial KPIs to provide strategic guidance and impactful solutions.
• Champion innovative thinking to develop leading-edge solutions that drive client success.
• Create strategic plans across multiple digital channels including Commerce, SEM, SEO, CRO, and Social.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Expertise in digital platforms including Google Analytics and Amazon Ad Console.
• Proficiency with research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, or Commspoint.
• Advanced skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Must be based in the USA.
