What you will do

• Lead multiple client accounts and teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Act as the primary client advocate within the agency to ensure goals are prioritized in decision-making.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for team members through weekly 1:1s.
• Leverage industry trends and financial KPIs to provide strategic guidance and impactful solutions.
• Develop multi-channel strategic plans across SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, and Display tied to business goals.
• Educate clients on strategic directions to reinforce trust in agency expertise.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and various project management tools.
• Experience with research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, or Kantar/Vivvix.
• Advanced skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
