Salary: $150,280 – $170,386

What you will do

• Perform technical due diligence on software platforms for private equity and strategic clients.
• Conduct architecture reviews, codebase analysis, and evaluate technical debt.
• Analyze cloud infrastructure configurations and assess roadmap feasibility.
• Evaluate engineering operating models, including team structure, velocity, and DevOps.
• Identify scalability risks, performance bottlenecks, and security considerations.
• Analyze hosting costs, SaaS economics, and R&D expenditures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or product development.
• Experience in Technology Due Diligence or strategic value creation assignments.
• Knowledge of SaaS or platform business models.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to support the hybrid work model.
