Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 Base Salary

What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor on industry trends, AI innovation, and digital workplace transformation.
- Conduct workflow audits, discovery sessions, and stakeholder workshops to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with CSMs and Account Managers to drive product adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
- Build scalable enablement assets, including playbooks, maturity models, and ROI methodologies.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap by consolidating customer insights and operational challenges.
- Proactively identify adoption barriers and utilization gaps to mitigate customer risk and support retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Service Management.
- Working knowledge of ITIL principles and service management best practices.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms related to workflow orchestration and operational support.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer health indicators and adoption metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% based on business needs.
