Senior Solutions Consultant (SaaS/AI): Serving as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor during the sales process for the MEGS vertical with an accent on strategic product positioning and the integration of advanced AI capabilities. Focus on building prospective customer confidence, mentoring team members, and designing technical workflows using AI tools like AI Decisioning Studio and AI Agents.
Location: Must be based in the Chicago office (Hybrid)
Salary: $79,100–$112,000 base; OTE $113,000–$160,000

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, blending storytelling with technical expertise to deliver value during the sales process.
- Position and demonstrate new AI capabilities, including AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, and AI Agents.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, security, and product teams to align product strategy and marketing positioning.
- Serve as a technical thought leader for the Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports (MEGS) vertical.
- Mentor other Solutions Consultants on the team to elevate overall technical delivery.
- Manage travel requirements of up to 50% during peak periods.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chicago, IL.
- Proven experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Domain knowledge in two or more areas: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (HTML).
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on active listening and follow-up.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
