Location: Must be based in the Chicago office (Hybrid)

Salary: $79,100–$112,000 base; OTE $113,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, blending storytelling with technical expertise to deliver value during the sales process.
• Position and demonstrate new hirify.globalAI capabilities, including AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, and AI Agents.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, security, and product teams to align product strategy and marketing positioning.
• Serve as a technical thought leader for the Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports (MEGS) vertical.
• Mentor other Solutions Consultants on the team to elevate overall technical delivery.
• Manage travel requirements of up to 50% during peak periods.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL.
• Proven experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Domain knowledge in two or more areas: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (HTML).
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on active listening and follow-up.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
