Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, inventory, mail, and facility maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to Legal, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reports, and meeting logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Five or more years of experience in office administration or workplace operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience supporting multiple departments and business leaders in a professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to lift and move office supplies up to 25 pounds.
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-paced pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
