Salary: $76,800 – $95,000

What you will do

• Lead all major project milestone meetings including kick-offs, UAT, and transition to support.
• Review scope of work established by Sales and build detailed project timelines.
• Hold weekly status calls with customers to ensure accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
• Track and manage ticket progress in JIRA and maintain project timelines in Smartsheet.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for internal and customer-facing project issues.
• Coordinate efforts with Implementation Analysts and provide regular status updates to management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in project management or implementation.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead critical conversations and maintain executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with Smartsheet and JIRA.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
