• Conduct readiness assessments and analyze change capacity across stakeholder segments.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align on people challenges.
• Maintain and refine change management methodologies to adapt to evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/change management and training.
• Experience with Prosci Methodology and the ADKAR model.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology and behavioral change.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence in a matrix organization without formal authority.
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
