What you will do

• Organize, schedule, and oversee interview logistics, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Support recruiting operations, including referral programs and ATS configurations.
• Maintain high ATS hygiene in Ashby to ensure data integrity and extract actionable insights.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain ethical standards throughout the process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global startup or fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong grounding in Recruiting Operations and experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS.
• Must be based in London (office-based role).
• Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-organized, and capable of managing multiple workstreams.
