What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for roles supporting UK, EMEA, APAC, and global teams.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, interview plans, scorecards, and timelines.
• Proactively source and engage talent using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide stakeholders through selection and offer decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and notes in the ATS (Jobvite experience is a plus).
• Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health aligned globally; share insights to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant recruiting experience (in-house and/or agency) supporting multiple departments and levels.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across regions and time zones in a global environment.
• Strong sourcing capability and comfort operating in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
• Clear, confident communication skills to advise and influence hiring managers.
• Working knowledge of recruiting best practices and compliance considerations with a UK lens and awareness of global nuance.
