What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for 20-40 concurrent vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define resourcing strategies and provide coaching on best practices.
• Conduct screening calls to assess technical fit, salary expectations, and right-to-work status.
• Utilize direct sourcing techniques and Boolean searching to attract top-tier technical talent.
• Maintain data integrity and candidate tracking within the SmartRecruiters ATS.
• Support internal recruitment, including cross-team moves and promotions.

Requirements

• Significant recruitment background with experience in technical IT hiring (Architects, Developers, Cyber Security).
• Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships via phone, video, and in-person.
• Solid understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and UK recruitment legislation.
• Competent web searching skills, specifically Boolean searching.
• Previous experience with an ATS, ideally SmartRecruiters.

• Experience recruiting for Technical Housing Professionals.
