Salary: $180,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Shape and execute the long-term engineering strategy for Transformers initiatives, aligning technology with business priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 7+ engineers and technical leaders, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Data Science leaders to translate customer needs into scalable technical roadmaps.
• Oversee the delivery of secure, high-quality cloud-based systems for document transformation, OCR, and text extraction.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and senior leadership, translating complex concepts into actionable business insights.
• Promote the responsible adoption of emerging AI technologies and champion best practices for architecture and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering management roles.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple teams or a group of 7+ engineers.
• Strong experience leading distributed, cloud-based product development using AWS or Azure.
• Deep understanding of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, microservices, and scalable architectures.
• Must be based in the United States.
