What you will do

• Lead software and quality engineering teams within Scrum frameworks to ensure feature delivery and system uptime.
• Partner with executives and product management to shape product roadmaps and execute technology modernization programs.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools and agentic platforms to accelerate engineering velocity and enhance product capabilities.
• Own the technical roadmap, focusing on performance, security, and architectural improvements.
• Manage the hiring, coaching, and professional development of the engineering organization.
• Oversee incident management and root cause analysis to implement preventative measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of industry experience with a track record in direct hands-on leadership of software development.
• Practical experience in .Net, Azure, Angular, and distributed architecture.
• Expertise in application modernization, specifically migrating large monoliths to cloud-native services.
• Strong experience in DevOps, including automated Git strategy pipelines and automated testing.

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare revenue cycle, payer, or payment integrity vendor processes.
• Master’s degree or 13+ years of professional experience.
• Experience managing globally distributed remote development teams.
• Experience with Databricks and PowerBI.
