What you will do

• Lead and grow the Development & Automation team, providing onboarding, mentorship, and support.
• Define the technical roadmap, tooling standards, and delivery priorities for the automation function.
• Build and deploy workflow automations, system integrations, and AI-enabled solutions for internal and client environments.
• Create reporting dashboards to improve visibility and data-driven decision-making for leadership.
• Streamline key business processes including service desk, ticketing, billing, and client onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage vendor relationships and handle capacity planning for the function.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, DevOps, or technical operations.
• 1+ years of experience leading or mentoring initiatives focused on AI or automation.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lakewood, New Jersey.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft stack (M365/Azure), PowerShell, and Power Platform.
• Experience with Power BI and a strong working knowledge of data structures.
• Proven track record of applying AI to real operational or client-facing use cases.
