Engineering Manager (Cloud, AI, and Enterprise Software at Scale – Corporate Actions) (.NET/Cloud/AI): Leading 1–2 engineering teams building a unified cloud-native application for automating corporate action event processing with an accent on enterprise software, scalable architecture, and AI-assisted development. Focus on coaching engineers, improving system quality and performance, and delivering secure, observable, resilient services for investment operations.
Location: Copenhagen; hybrid workplace model

What you will do
- Lead 1–2 software engineering teams within the Investment Operations Corporate Actions Product Area.
- Own staffing, team development, day-to-day delivery, and long-term engineering improvements.
- Work with Product Management to define and deliver customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders on product quality, security, delivery, system performance, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the product area and the transformation of unified operations user journeys.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience leading software engineers.
- Deep software engineering expertise and experience designing and evolving complex systems.
- Experience with the .NET ecosystem, including C#, .NET Core or .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
- Knowledge of RESTful services, microservices or modular monoliths, event-driven systems, cloud-native design, CI/CD, observability, resilience, and scalability.
- Understanding of modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React, data storage technologies, secure coding, performance optimization, and distributed system design.
- Ability to coach teams in AI-assisted software development and responsibly adopt tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial systems, capital markets platforms, or high-volume transactional systems.
- Experience with frontend micro-frontend architectures.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and platform engineering.
