What you will do
- Lead 1-2 scrum teams of Software Engineers, managing staffing and professional development.
- Partner with Product Management to refine customer outcomes and ensure successful delivery of business value.
- Oversee daily scrum operations, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term technical improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to enhance product quality, security, and system performance.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Corporate Actions product area.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading software engineers.
- Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET Core/6+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs) for scalable enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native design, microservices, modular monoliths, and event-driven systems.
- Ability to guide teams on modern UI frameworks, with a preference for Angular.
- Proficiency in secure coding, performance optimization, and distributed system design.
- Ability to help teams responsibly adopt AI capabilities and tools like GitHub Copilot.
Nice to have
- Exposure to financial systems, capital markets platforms, or high-volume transactional systems.
- Experience with micro-frontend (MFE) architectures.
- Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and platform engineering concepts.
