What you will do

• Process and distribute signature forms and maintain project agendas, including permit dates.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and manage CALM processes.
• Support airport-wide program administration and handle dashboard updates and reporting.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding, training, and liaison with City agencies for permit processes.
• Track and document concurrence requests from subject matter experts.
• Prepare presentations and organize information for deliverables and project deployment tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of professional experience.
• Ability to create dashboards, presentations, graphics, and Gantt charts.
• Experience working within the complexities of multiple agencies at all levels.
• Work location: Must be onsite at client site in Los Angeles, CA.
• Availability: Ability to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.
