What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for data center infrastructure, including water treatment and waste disposal.
• Manage environmental compliance for hazardous and non-hazardous materials handling and transportation.
• Coordinate complex trucking logistics, including dispatching and routing for equipment and waste hauling.
• Oversee on-site vehicle logistics, gate access, and driver coordination.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Ensure all field operations comply with EPA, DOT, and OSHA regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Downers Grove, IL or Romulus, MI.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years of project management experience in data centers, environmental services, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (EPA, DOT, RCRA, OSHA).
• Experience managing heavy trucking schedules, freight coordination, or fleet dispatch.
• Ability to travel to Romulus, MI up to 75% of the time.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of data center cooling systems and water treatment processes.
• Experience with deep well injection or industrial cleaning.
