Supply Chain Planner (Aerospace)

Location: Los Angeles, CA, United States. Travel up to 25–50% of the time. The role involves access to ITAR-controlled information and requires U.S. Person status or eligibility for a federally issued export control license.

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Develop and manage demand plans, including accurate planning inputs and Bills of Material.
• Create and maintain Clear-to-Build reports to identify material shortages and track component readiness.
• Provide forecasts to the Supply Chain team and manage digital material allocation in MRP.
• Monitor inventory, material usage, production schedules, and supply disruptions.
• Improve material flow, reduce lead times, and strengthen supply reliability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, Finance, Accounting, procurement, and suppliers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of material planning or supply chain management experience in the aerospace industry.
• Experience using MRP in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply allocation, inventory, and master data management.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and finance teams.
• U.S. Person status or eligibility for a federally issued export control license is required for access to ITAR-controlled information.
• Ability to travel up to 25–50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, electrical engineering, aerospace, mathematics, or another relevant discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a new product introduction environment.
• Experience planning space-grade materials.
• Experience implementing AS9100 or completing AS9100 audits.
