What you will do

• Develop and manage demand plans and Bills of Material inputs.
• Create and maintain Clear-to-Build reports to provide visibility on material readiness.
• Manage digital allocation of materials within the MRP system.
• Provide accurate forecasts to the broader Supply Chain team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Finance to refine supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
• 3+ years of experience in material planning or supply chain management within the aerospace industry.
• Strong proficiency with MRP systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of demand planning, supply allocation, and master data management.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, or engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in new product introduction (NPI).
• Prior experience planning for space-grade materials.
• Experience implementing or auditing AS9100 standards.
