What you will do

• Lead issue management programs across lending, credit, treasury, payments, onboarding, and operations, ensuring root-cause analysis and sustainable control effectiveness.
• Manage programs with moderate-to-high regulatory oversight and moderate-to-high risk profile, typically delivering up to Tier 2 programs (and occasionally Tier 1).
• Oversee consolidated program financials, benefits realization analysis, and overall program budget.
• Directly manage a team of Issue Managers and/or Project Managers/Business Analysts/Specialized Resources to build capabilities for long-term unit goals.
• Provide strategic guidance to business/functional leaders to ensure escalated concerns and regulatory/governance issues are appropriately managed.
• Influence senior stakeholders through negotiation, problem-solving, and communication to drive remediation outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States (Aberdeen, New Jersey)
• Bachelor's degree required
• Project Management Certification required
• 10+ years of relevant experience in project/program management
• Strong knowledge of project management practices, procedures, and principles
• Experience with financial management: tracking, forecasting, and managing project/program budgets
