What you will do
- Own program structure, governance model, and operating cadence for HR transformation initiatives.
- Drive integrated program planning across multiple workstreams, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with HR, HRIS, IT, ServiceNow, and workflow teams to ensure coordinated execution and adoption.
- Embed change management into program execution, including stakeholder engagement, readiness, training coordination, and adoption measurement.
- Establish and track success metrics (adoption rates, operational performance, business impact) and communicate progress to executives.
- Standardize program management tools and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and accountability.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in a global technology, SaaS, enterprise, HR, or shared services environment.
- Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into structured program plans, governance models, and execution frameworks.
- Strong change management experience: communications, readiness planning, training coordination, and adoption measurement.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
- Experience with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, or Teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and cross-functional audiences.
