What you will do

• Partner with Product Management and senior leadership to define and execute the product and technology roadmap.
• Modernize legacy applications and platforms by migrating to cloud-native architectures and modern development frameworks.
• Own the technical roadmap across architecture, security, reliability, scalability, performance, and technical debt reduction.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership via architecture reviews, design discussions, technical decision-making, and engineering coaching.
• Improve engineering productivity and quality using AI-powered development/testing tools and track outcomes with productivity and engineering KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence through incident management, root cause analysis, observability, and continuous improvement; champion DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, cloud automation).

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering managers and software development teams.
• Proven experience delivering and operating enterprise-scale software products in cloud environments.
• Deep experience modernizing legacy applications, monolithic systems, and on-premise platforms into cloud-native architectures.
• Strong expertise in Azure, .NET, C#, Angular, APIs, distributed systems, and modern software architecture patterns.
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated success leading Agile software development organizations using Scrum or related methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Payment Integrity, Payer, Claims, or Healthcare Financial Technology.
• Experience delivering SaaS and multi-tenant cloud platforms.
• Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and modern data platforms.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
