What you will do

• Develop and execute the team's business plan to meet financial targets.
• Actively participate in business development and client acquisition efforts.
• Mentor and coach Relationship Managers to enhance performance and effectiveness.
• Ensure team adherence to advisory standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively manage AML, credit, and reputational risks as the first line of defense.
• Foster collaboration across business units to create networking synergies.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of private banking products, advisory standards, and wealth management.
• Expertise in risk management, AML regulations, and internal control frameworks.
• Must be able to work onsite in Singapore.
• Strong coaching and talent development capabilities.
