Business Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Coordinate and track departmental strategy, expenses, recruitment, and KPIs.
• Drive management rhythms, prepare executive presentations, and lead key meetings.
• Facilitate financial planning and provide analytical support for senior management.
• Manage internal inquiries and act as an escalation point for complex CIO matters.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and process improvements across the department.
• Represent the CIO in projects and cross-functional workgroups.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in private banking, consumer banking, or asset management.
• Proven experience working directly with senior management in business management or risk/governance capacities.
• Strong project management skills with a history of delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently under time pressure.
