Salary: $114,731 - $155,224 per year

What you will do

• Partner with field leadership to deploy strategies that enhance productivity and sales outcomes for financial advisors.
• Provide subject matter expertise on team formation, dynamics, and operational essentials like business continuity and technology integration.
• Develop and facilitate training programs focused on leadership, team management, and client relationship building.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and support revenue-sharing teams poised for significant growth.
• Implement feedback mechanisms and use data-driven insights to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Deliver tailored guidance to financial advisors through one-on-one and group sessions to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in guiding financial advisors through teaming initiatives or practice-building programs.
• Expertise in advanced teaming structures, client service models, and model office practices.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to manage change effectively with a results-oriented approach.
