What you will do

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for complex customer deployments from discovery and design through to go-live.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable configuration solutions and manage product functionality trade-offs.
• Establish and uphold quality standards for configuration, documentation, and test plans across all workstreams.
• Manage implementation workplans and milestones across concurrent projects, proactively resolving blockers.
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact and trusted advisor for customer project teams.
• Contribute to the refinement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and internal knowledge assets.

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise software in SaaS, professional services, or GovTech environments.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven track record of independently owning and delivering complex, multi-workstream implementations.
• Expertise in the full implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Ability to travel within the United States and Canada approximately 30–40%.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce-based platforms or civic technology ecosystems.
• Familiarity with permitting, licensing, or government service business processes.
• Background in business process mapping, workflow design, or organizational change management.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve implementation workflows and delivery consistency.
