What you will do

• Own and grow consulting revenue through proactive pipeline creation and direct selling of professional services.
• Partner with Client Executives to influence license sales and shape delivery strategies for complex engagements.
• Define, scope, and size consulting projects to ensure commercial structure and delivery clarity.
• Lead executive-level conversations to articulate ROI, competitive differentiation, and implementation methodology.
• Drive advisory-led engagements using Pega’s modern delivery framework and Blueprint.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite leaders at major financial services and telecommunications accounts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in professional services sales, business development, or consulting.
• Proven track record of carrying and closing quota within enterprise environments.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Italian: C1 proficiency required.
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models and ability to structure complex consulting deals.
• Experience supporting or leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
