Salary: $175,000 – $205,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules for complex nuclear and infrastructure projects.
• Integrate schedule, cost, and scope information to support Earned Value Management (EVM) and ensure baseline compliance.
• Perform critical path, float, and risk analyses to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to collect project status and forecast performance.
• Prepare executive dashboards, project controls reports, and management presentations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced project controls staff.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a DOE Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or project management (or 14 years of equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or EVM using Primavera P6.
• Working knowledge of DOE project management principles and site procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Office.
• Ability to work on-site in Aiken, SC.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Savannah River Site or other DOE/NNSA facilities.
• Knowledge of DOE Order 413.3 and EVMS requirements.
• Experience with Primavera Risk Analysis, Deltek Acumen, Cobra, SAP, or EcoSys.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, or EVP.
