What you will do

• Create and update program and project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets).
• Generate summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones, and baseline variance reports.
• Coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problem areas.
• Ensure adherence to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), global codes, and templates.
• Integrate Primavera P6 data with platforms such as K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 2-4 years of direct or relevant experience with a degree or 4-6 years of direct or relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience supporting projects or portfolios valued at less than $1M.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
