What you will do

• Provide oversight and coaching to Project Controls Specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement project management standards for cost, schedule, scope, and risk management.
• Perform independent project assessments to ensure compliance with Stage Gate Processes.
• Conduct training on project controls disciplines such as Quantitative Risk Analysis.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and schedule analytics to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate risks and manage change processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management (or 8 years of equivalent experience).
• 6 years minimum capital project controls experience on utility new gas generation or process industry projects of $300M+.
• Expert-level proficiency in scheduling software, spreadsheet-based analytics, and construction management fundamentals.
• Ability to perform field walkdown inspections on foot across rough terrain and lift 25lbs overhead.
• Must be able to work onsite at client locations.

Nice to have

• Certifications from PMI or AACEi.
• Experience with EPC contracts and various project agreement types.
• Demonstrable experience working on construction sites and fabrication sites.
