What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Interface with diverse stakeholders including customers, engineering teams, legal, and executive staff.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts such as work plans, schedules, and resource plans.
• Perform project tracking, analysis, and workload forecasting to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Participate in business development activities, including program capture and proposal development.
• Collaborate with project controllers to manage financial requirements and project estimates.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Must be based on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
• Strong leadership and project execution skills with a track record of managing multi-million dollar contracts.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to ethics and integrity in a defense contracting environment.
• Experience with project lifecycle management, including scheduling and financial reporting.
