Salary: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour (based on a 60-hour work week).

What you will do

• Coordinate production logistics including equipment, transportation, catering, and facility management.
• Manage crew onboarding, timecards, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Handle administrative filings such as certificates of insurance, location agreements, and permits.
• Serve as the central communication point for production teams, distributing schedules and updates.
• Facilitate production wrap activities including final expense reporting and vendor closeout.
• Provide administrative support during production dark weeks.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Prior experience coordinating TV or feature productions.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Ability to work in person during production dark weeks.
